Jodie Chesney‘s boyfriend ‘in pieces‘ after doing ‘all he could‘ to save life of teen, 17

Jodie, 17, was sitting on a park bench with her boyfriend — named as Eddie Coyle — when the pair were set upon.

Tragically, Jodie died as a result of her injuries at the scene of the attack in Harold Hill, Havering, on Friday night.

A witness has described how boyfriend Eddie “did everything he could” to save Jodie‘s life after she was allegedly stabbed so hard the blade snapped.

Eyewitnesses described hearing Eddie‘s “blood-curdling” screams for help, before frantically begging: “Please, please, stay awake.”

But Jodie slipped away on what was the A-level student‘s dad‘s birthday.
