Louisville police arrest two others suspected of moving body after fatal overdose

The Louisville Police Department has arrested the other two suspects accused of of a man who died of an apparent drug overdose in January.

Demetrius Chazz Rodriguez, 21, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of tampering with physical evidence, concealing a death, child abuse and obstruction, according to Boulder County Jail arrest logs.

Zakiry Cade Cable, 22, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with physical evidence and a fugitive of justice charge out of Kansas.

Christina Marlene Vivanco, 44, formerly of Louisville, and Jared Christopher Wolach, 39, of Boulder, were already arrested Monday on charges of tampering with a deceased human body, concealing death, child abuse and obstruction.

Tampering with a deceased human body is a Class 3 felony, while tampering with evidence is a Class 6 felony. Concealing death, child abuse and obstruction are all misdemeanor charges.

Louisville police had said Monday that all four were wanted in connection with the death of Jasper Pont, who died at a residence in Louisville of an apparent drug overdose. His body was then moved into a vehicle, which was left on Cliffrose Lane and found on Jan. 22.

The coroner‘s office will determine the official cause and manner of death.
